Açai Bowl with Dates

Açai bowls are very trendy and healthy. They’re made with fresh ingredients (fruits) and can be decorated with a topping of your choice (granola, crumble, dried fruits, seeds etc.).

Many bowls contain honey or other sweet syrups. Ours is vegan, made with our dates and without added sugar.

 

For 2 bowls / 10 minutes preparation time

Ingredients:

  • 200g açai puree
  • 1 handful Sukari dates
  • 1/2 glass vegetable milk

For the topping:

  • 1 apple
  • 2 tbsp dried coconut

 

Directions:

  1. Pour the açai puree, dates and vegetable milk into the blender. Mix until smooth and even. Pour the content into 2 bowls.
  2. Add the chopped apples and some dried coconut as a topping. It’s ready!

The açai bowl tastes best cold.
