Smoothie recipe for 2 servings

  • 3 Sukari dates (pitted)
  • 2 cups orange juice (fresh squeezed, about 4 large oranges)
  • 2 cups frozen berries (of your choice)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ginger
  • 2 cups greens (of your choice)
  • 4 ice cubes (optional)
